The overall management and administration of an event can be extremely stressful and can take away from your enjoyment of the occasion. Therefore, we are here to help you and which will allow to you enjoy every moment of the occasion.
From simple colour schemes to elaborate themes, we work with you to create a unique and personal style for your special celebration. The inspiration board becomes a vital tool ensuring we capture your every wish.
If you aren’t going to have your celebration in your home, we can source your perfect venue depending on numbers and budget.
We work with some of the top catering companies, which will ensure we have the perfect menu for your day, accompanied by the best wine or cocktails.
Should you require entertainment for your event, we have it all covered be it a DJ; Magic Mirror, Magician or child face painter … let us know and we will source it!
We help source those all-important accessories and we will help decorate the venue on the day. Amongst the areas that we cover are room décor, floral design, table settings, invitations, table plans, table numbers, place names, signage, and other desired props and will ensure there is mood lighting in place.
Pricing & Packages
To give you a guide and a starting point we have put together three packages.
None of these are set in stone, they give you a starting point, we will work closely with you and discuss every detail, add to or take away from any of the packages.
We can introduce florals instead of balloons, we can add more furniture, put up more décor, provide staff, crockery cutlery anything to suit you and your budget and make your occasion special and hassle free.
Our introductory package uses proven party extras, to give your event and elegant, classic feel.
Hassle free for you – we deliver, set up and collect.
If you are hosting a party where you would like people to mingle and enjoy the drinks and finger food, this package would work for you.
Hen and Stags, Housewarming, Communion, Sport Events.
Ideal for a short drinks party of 50 people.
If you are hosting a dinner party and want to create the WOW factor but still allow you time to chill and prepare for you occasion, recruit us to decorate your room and table for you. Beautiful florals and elegant candles, will create just the right atmosphere for a relaxed evening entertaining friends and family.
This enhancement package could be for small parties at one table or for larger groups with a number of tables, the atmosphere will be replicated throughout, from the entrance hall to dining table.
Ideal for an extra WOW at Dinner parties, Halloween, Easter, Christmas Parties.
Our Elegant package is an expanded version of the Classic, catering for larger groups in larger venues, and for a longer functions, often with a DJ and personalised banners.
This works well for Significant Birthdays
Anniversaries or Engagement Parties.
For parties for around 70-100 people seated.
We can organize staff to help make your event run smoothly with various catering options to suit your budget and the type of occasion you are hosting. Should you wish you party to move into the garden we can talk about organising a perhaps a series of small gazebos would do…
Let us design a completely tailor-made party solution for your special occasion.
We will listen to your thoughts, and preferences on everything from venue to colour, lighting to decor, and incorporate these into a unique design proposal, complete with mood board for your detailed consideration.
Not only will we have your interior covered in style, we will tease out your food options to balance your menu choices with dietary preferences, budget and taste.
Moving from the buffet to the band, together we will coordinate an evening of entertainment that will have your guests on their feet till it’s time to go.
Book launch event
I was introduced by a friend of mine to The Perfect Occassion, following a successful private party which had been organised by the Perfect Occasion.
From the moment I met with Jenny Bailey, the event could not have gone smoother.

50th Birthday Party
Contacting Jenny at The Perfect Occasion was the best decision I have made. After the initial consultation Jenny created a very personal party for my 50th that went above and beyond all expectations and still keeping within my budget. Jenny and her team were brilliant on the night, which allowed my husband and I to party without the stress of hosting a party.
Jenny has great passion for designing and putting together a party. The floral arrangements on the table were just beautiful. Lighting and décor in the marquee created a fantastic and very personal ambience.

I hired The Perfect Occasion to organise a drinks reception for guests prior to Motivation talk. Jenny was very professional, quick to respond and the reception went off very well and smoothly.
